1. What exactly is a VIP Open Beta?
- The VIP Open Beta is designed to give anyone the chance to play providing they have contact with at least one person from the Brick-Force community.
2. How can I participate in the VIP Open Beta?
- If you registered for Brick-Force before the 26th April 2012, then your account automatically is granted with access. If you registered afterwards, you must find someone who can provide you with a Friend Code in order to play.
- A Friend Code is a unique code provided to anyone who registered for Brick-Force before the 26th April 2012. This VIP code can be used to activate as many friend’s accounts as desired.
4. Why isn’t the VIP Open Beta available for everybody?
- Due to the overwhelming demand for Brick-Force, we wanted to ensure a smooth Open Beta phase and also wanted the chance to reward our loyal fans. The VIP Open Beta will give anyone who registered before the 26th of April the opportunity to invite an unlimited number of friends to join the action.
5. Somebody gave me a Friend Key. How can I redeem it?
- To redeem a friend key, simply visit the website and click on the Blue Button entitled “ENTER FRIEND KEY”. You can also enter a friend key during the registration process if you are creating an account for the first time.
6. Will my points, clan, registered map or achievements in Brick-Force be permanent?
- After the 26th April 2012, there will be no longer be any point resets or inventory wipes. Everything you do after this stage in Brick-Force will be saved for the VIP Open Beta, and to infinity and beyond!
7. What will happen to the maps I created in Closed Beta?
- Every map that was created in the Closed Beta will be saved for the VIP Open Beta. However, you will need to register your map again to earn points for your creation and to give others a chance to play it.
8. When attempting to login I receive the message “Unknown Account”.
- Please try and log in with your email address. If you still can’t access the game, the chances are that you registered after the 26th April and didn’t activate your account with a friend code yet.
9. My Clan has disappeared. Help!
- All clans have been wiped for the VIP Open Beta and you will need to re-register in order to create a clan once again.
10. I registered before the 26th April but deleted the VIP Open Beta email by mistake and don’t have my Friend Code.
- Please contact our support team. They will be able to assist you and provide you with a new Friend Key, providing that you registered your account before the 26th April.
11. What happened to the map I created during closed beta? Why can’t I play it any longer?
- All maps created during Closed Beta were saved but need to be re-registered again if you want to earn points or give other players the chance to play them.
12. How do I submit bug reports and feedback?
- Bug reports and feedback can be posted on our official forums. We read almost all of your feedback and appreciate your support to help us make Brick-Force even better.
13. How do I contact Customer Support?
- You can reach our support team via the Brick-Force Support portal which can be found here: http://support.infernum.com/
14. When will I receive the B-Hammer or the Golden Helmet?
- All players who registered before the 26th April will receive the exclusive Golden Helmet when the VIP Open Beta begins. All players who used their personal link (sent via email) to refer the correct amount of friends will also receive the B-Hammer, when Open Beta begins.
15. I didn’t receive an email confirmation after registering on the Brick-Force website.
- Please check your junk mail folder. If you still can’t find your registration confirmation mail, please contact our customer support.
16. Why hasn’t my account been unlocked?
- If you registered your Brick-Force account after the 26th April, you will need a Friend Code to access the game. Anyone who registered before this date is in possession of a Friend Code which can be used to unlock an unlimited number of accounts.
17. What can expect from Brick-Force in the future?
- We will continue to add new updates and new content to Brick-Force. We have a lot of exciting stuff planned. We hope to reveal more in the near future!
